What I have done…
My wanderlust has accompanied me ever since I can remember, which is why I lived in Australia for a year as an au pair right after graduating from high school. After that, it was immediately clear to me that I was drawn to the tourism industry. I then completed my bachelor’s degree as part of a dual study program in tourism management and worked for a Canada/USA tour operator for three years, where I was able to gain my first experience in the tourism industry. After my dual studies, I then started an internship at GCE and have now been working as a working student at GCE since February 2021 alongside my master’s degree in New Media Marketing.
What I do now…
I support the sales team and the clients Ras Al Khaimah, Bradenton Gulf Islands, St. Martin/St. Maarten and Québec in the area of Sales & Marketing as a working student.
What I do for fun…
My enthusiasm for tourism is not only reflected in my work life, but also in my private life. When I’m not planning my next trip, I like to dream myself away to faraway destinations with a thrilling book. I also like to switch off with a true-crime podcast on my ears while baking or painting aquarelle or explore new cafés and restaurants in Frankfurt with friends.
What I bring to GCE…
A lot of curiosity and enthusiasm for the tourism industry and my future career path. Through my apprenticeship at a tour operator, I was also able to build up a broad knowledge of the industry and thus combine the sales perspective with the marketing perspective
