Senior Account Manager

What I have done… 

I am an Aviation Specialist and see the world as my home! After studying Languages, Journalism and Ethnology in Berlin, I became a flight attendant for Aero Lloyd, a German charter airline, and have remained faithful to the airline industry ever since. In 2000, I took over the press work for the airline and also worked for other airlines, airports and aviation customers. Over the last 22 years, while working at well known PR agencies, I have handled many clients from the tourism and hospitality industry. 

What I do now…

As Senior Account Manager, I have been responsible for all press and public relations for the Asian premium airline Cathay Pacific as well as LATAM Airlines from South America for many years. I am also responsible for the destination clients Bonjour Québec, itravelJerusalem and the hotel company The Ascott Limited with its Citadines Apart’hotel brand. 

What I do for fun…

Outside work I like to travel whenever I can with my family. My two children keep me busy and I am never bored! I find the best way to relax is to be surrounded by nature, amongst forests and meadows or bird–watching. At home I like to read a good book in the garden accompanied by a fresh glass of Grauburgunder wine.

What I bring to GCE…

For more than 20 years my main focus has been on press and public relations. My diverse language skills and my special understanding of other countries and cultures enable me to find the most exciting topics in all fields of tourism and to translate them into concepts.
