About the Avis App
The new features of the pioneering Avis App help simplify the rental process. They make renting a vehicle seamless, easy and stress-free for travellers, including direct access to the vehicle.
Following a successful launch in the United States and Australia, the new Avis App enhancements now offer an even faster service at key international locations in Europe, including London Heathrow, Paris Orly and Munich Airport. These enhancements are set to be rolled out across Europe in the coming months.
The self-service features help users get behind the wheel faster: members of the free and award-winning Avis Preferred loyalty programme have the option to change their vehicle, upgrade and choose their preferred model before even entering the rental location.
About Avis Preferred
Anyone can quickly and easily become a member of Avis Preferred either via the app or online. All that is required is a driving licence and a credit card. Once registration is complete, the customer immediately receives a personal customer number. Existing Avis Preferred members simply need to update their app and accept the new Avis Preferred terms and conditions.
